Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. |
Delivery Schedule
Orders for ex stock items received by will normally be despatched within 15 working days. Certain items are made to order, for estimated delivery times please contact us using the details on the contact page. |
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be able to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . |
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

Returns Policy You have seven working days (7) starting from the day after taking delivery of the products to cancel. You may return the products without reason. The goods will be returned at your own expense, we can organise the collection for which a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost. Once the products are returned and are in a fit condition for resale a refund of the purchase price will be made within 30 days of cancellation, unless the products have been misused, or are in a condition that warrant the product non-saleable. Risk of damage to the returned products lies with you at all times. Where we design a product to your own specification the Right to Cancel will not apply.
If on receipt of goods you are dissatisfied with them you can if returned within 28 days obtain a full refund. If goods are found to be faulty you can if returned to us within a reasonable period obtain either a refund or exchange of that item.
The Company endeavours to respond to complaints within 5 working days. We always endeavour to handle complaints fairly and swiftly, keeping you the customer informed about progress. We will also be happy to refund the purchase price in full if the return is a result of our error or due to any faulty item.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |
