The first attempt by the French at producing a tank. Designed by Col Estienne it sported the suspension system of the Holt tractor and a bizarely mounted 75mm gun in a sponson on the right side of the hull.
The first tank to carry its guns in a rotating turret . Such a sucessfull design it was still being used in the Spanish Civil War and by the French army in 1940.
As WWF 3 but with an octagonel turret.
